Edinburgh St James have generously gifted prizes to three graduates from the programmes of Fashion, Textiles and Jewellery and Silversmithing.
Prize: £500 per student
The Edinburgh St James Creative Commerce Award 2020 - Fashion
This prize is awarded to a Fashion Design graduate who demonstrates an excellent knowledge of the RTW market for fashion design, and whose collection communicates a clear and coherent brand ethos, bridging both creative and commercial markets.
Winner – Leah Holmes
The Edinburgh St James Quarter Creative Commerce Award 2020 - Textiles
This prize is awarded to a Textiles Design graduate whose work demonstrates excellence in design that can be applied to either commercial interiors, products and fashion markets, communicating a clear and coherent brand ethos and bridging creative and commercial markets.
Winner – Anna Kincaid
The Edinburgh St James Quarter Creative Commerce Award 2020 – Jewellery and Accessories
This prize is awarded to a Jewellery Design graduate whose work demonstrates an excellent knowledge of the current retail market for accessories, and whose work communicates a clear and coherent brand ethos, bridging creative and commercial markets.
